Mishina Sky Walk

三島スカイウォーク

Mishima Skywalk is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Japan. 白浜神社

Shirahama Shrine, the oldest shrine in Izu, has a sacred tree over 2,000 years old and is known as the god of marriage. 龍宮窟

Shimoda Port has the largest catch of sea bream in Japan! With its plump white flesh and elegant flavor, kinmedai is said to be best in June and July when it is fatty and delicious. Kurofune Cruise

大室山

Dogajima

This tourist spot is known as the Blue Cave of Japan. Sunlight filters in from the top of the cave, creating a beautiful sight. Cruising around the cave is also recommended.

Mt. Nesugata Park

There is a ropeway stop just outside Shimoda Station. The view from the observatory at the top of the mountain is superb! On a clear day, you can see Oshima Island, the Izu Islands, Mt. You can enjoy a variety of flowers throughout the year.

Shimoda Park

It is also known as a famous flower spot, where the Hydrangea Festival is held every June. From December to March, camellias greet visitors. Visitors can also take a stroll while remembering the history of the area, including the Monument to Commemorate the Opening of the Country!
