Welcome to the Fareast.inc./Night flight website. We are more than happy to contact you via phone, fax and/or e-mail.

BOOKING

Please check that the spelling of your name is exactly the same as your passport or military identification card. Even a difference of one letter will incur a pentalty fee of up to 30,000 yen. Your reservation is complete when you make the payment and fill the application form.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 10,000 to 30,000 yen per person is required within one to seven days of booking.
(The balance of the payment plan is up to the customer. Please ask for your booking conditions. )

PAYMENT

1. We basically accept Japanese yen and direct deposit (bank transfer). When you use the bank transfer, paying the bank transfer service fee is your responsibility.
2. 2.For payments by credit card, an advance payment (4 weeks prior to your departure day) is required. (We accept payments by Visa and Master card)
3. 3.International bookings must be finalized 2 weeks prior to departure. (Except for advance issued type of tickets)
4. 4.Payment for flight and accommodation is subject to the conditions of the agency.

PASSPORT AND VISA

Since transit or tourist visas may also be required, please check when making the reservation. It is the customers responsibility to contact the passport and identification services on bases or local embassies in relation to passport enquiries. Your passport must have a minimum of two blank pages and be valid for at least six months plus the duration of your trip.

TO USE YOUR DISCOUNT FARE

We deal with all kinds discount tickets & tours including Japanese agent tours as well as tours for active-duty military members, retirees, dependants, and D.O.D. civilian I.D. holders. Please contact and let us know what kind of I.D. applies to your status.

HANDLING FEE (SURCHARGE)

Since most airline companies have reduced or no longer provide commition to retailer agencies, we currently ask for handling fees for Japan domestic tickets (520yen), international tickets (5,250yen) and Japanese agent organized tours (3,150yen). All listed prices are per person.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

Generally, we receive and store all of the information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. This includes information that can identify you ("personal information"), including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses, and in some cases, billing information such as credit card numbers, cardholder names, and expiration dates. For security reasons, Night flight DOES NOT store your credit card information after your trip is concluded.

RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT HELD FOR

Night Flight is not responsible for airline flight cancellations, denied boarding, flight changes, tour cancellations, hotel overbooking, bad weather conditions, wars, strikes, and/or hijacking.

URGENT BOOKING CHARGE

With less than 10 days notice of booking, a charge of 1,550 yen will be automatically incurred. For less than 4 days notice of bookings, payment of 3,150 yen is necessary.
