Dear Customers,
Due to the earthquake disaster that devastated northern Japan, planned outages have been implemented throughout districts in Tokyo. During the power outage (approximately 3 to 4 hours), we are unable to send emails and make phone calls. In case we cannot be reached by phone, we kindly ask customers to contact us by email. We will respond to the email as soon as the electric power resumes. As for confirming the planned outage hours for your area, please check the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) website:

ナイトフライトより震災に関するお知らせ

お客様各位

3/11に発生しました、東日本大震災により亡くなられた方のご冥福をお祈り申し上げますとともに、被災された皆様とその家族の方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

震災の影響で東京電力による「計画停電」が実施されます。
それに伴い、計画停電実施中の時間帯は電力の供給がされず電話、メールが不通となります。
出来る限り、お客様からのお問い合わせに対応させていただきたいと思っております。
電話が通じない際は、お手数ですがメールにてお問い合わせいただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。
電力が回復次第、ご連絡させていただきます。

また、計画停電の時間等はお手数ですが東京電力ウェブサイトにてご確認ください。

Call for donations and relief supplies

At Night Flight, we have taken action to aid in sending needed relief supplies for the earthquake victims of the Tohoku area. We have heard of many foreigners willing to help assist in this crisis and would like to share some of the information we have up to date. Since items in need change as time goes by since living quarters and circumstances change daily/weekly, it is best to keep in touch with the disaster-prevention department of the local government to get updated information concerning relief supplies. In addition, Fussa City Hall are accepting donations for the earthquake relief fund.

Diapers for babies (New and unopened items only)
Diapers for elders (New and unopened items only)

義援金、支援物資の募集

この度、ナイトフライトでは震災に合われた被災者に向けて支援物資を募集し被災地へ向けて届ける活動を始めました！
在日外国人の方も協力したいと思っている方が大勢いらっしゃいます。
何をどう送っていいのかわからない、何が必要とされているのかわからない等のお声が多かったので、被災者の方が必要とされている品名を以下にまとめてみましたので、ぜひ参考にしていただければと思います。　震災から時期が経つにつれ、必要とされる物資も変わると思いますが、地方自治防災課などと連携を取りながら、皆で出来る事を継続していければと思います。
